Since 1991, it’s been the springboard for propelling undiscovered talents into the national spotlight. John Mayer, Sugarland, Shawn Mullins, The Indigo Girls, and The Civil Wars all stood on the stage before their careers took off.

The legendary venue is known for its intimate “listening room” with impeccable acoustics. The inmate and cozy space offers a one-of-a kind live music experience with a superior sound system and acoustics. The audience is capped at around 170 people in this room, and the distance between you and the artists is measured by feet.
Patrons are encouraged to silence their cell phones and fully immerse themselves in the music, making it a beloved destination for music enthusiasts. You will get shushed by neighboring tables for talking to loud.

Every other Monday night, Eddie’s Attic hosts Songwriters Open Mic open to aspiring performing songwriters of all skill levels.
Each acts is allotted ten minutes to showcase their talent through two original songs. A panel of judges chooses three finalists to perform one more song at the end of the night. Winners from each Monday night earn a slot to the coveted the Bi-Annual Songwriter’s Open-Mic Shootout where a panel of music industry professionals crowns a season winner.
