DeKalb History Center

The DeKalb History Center is located in the Historic DeKalb Courthouse. The DeKalb History Center collects, preserves, and shares the wide-ranging stories of the people and places of DeKalb County. The center houses several rotating exhibits free and open to the public, and it also offers architectural walking tours on a monthly basis.

Event Space
The marble walls, terrazzo floors and beautifully arched windows of the upstairs courtroom are the perfect backdrop for weddings and events. At 2,600 sq/ft, it can accommodate 150 people seated at tables. The Harrison Room features plenty of sunlight, hardwood floors, crown molding, and is often used for buffets.
