716 West can be rented in various capacities such as wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, business meetings and events, birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, and class reunions.
The home can accommodate up to 200 guests (standing) when the Simpson Room, Dining Room, Front Parlor and the patio are used together. The Simpson Room can accommodate 80-100 seated guests.
The house was formerly known as the Mary Gay House. The Junior League of DeKalb County maintains and rents the house for events.
